I resolved the runtime error that was stopping Planets: TEOS from running correctly. This error will affect older programs written for DOS that were compiled using Borland Turbo Pascal (which TEOS is written in). The error occurs on some programs when they run on modern processors or at least ones that are faster than 200Mhz. The fix is really quite simple, download the CRTFIX 1.16 and apply the fix to all four executable files found in the TEOS directory. For more explanation, visit this website.
